Onyva’s Chic Fashion Show Dazzles for Charity

This summer, Onyva celebrated its first birthday by bringing the community together for a fabulous dog and owner fashion show. “The Yard” at the Liberty Hotel was truly the place to see and be seen as pups and their people promenaded down the runway to kick off the “Yappier Hour” season at the Liberty Hotel, a weekly canine-friendly spin on happy hour.

With human fashions expertly curated by Ouimille, a Boston-based lifestyle boutique and design studio, and adorable bespoke dog outfits designed by Lilco, a high-quality eco-conscious fashion brand for pets, the models all dazzled.

The joyous occasion was for an awfully good cause, too. Proceeds from the event were donated to BluePath Service dogs, a non-profit that trains and connects service dogs to people with autism. Several dog influencers also graced the catwalk, including Lenny, a BluePath Service Dogs, and Cori Copley of the Fairmont Copley Plaza among them.

Emceed by @bringyourowndoggo founder Alina Reznik and Onyva’s own Executive Vice President Sasha Bolotova with contagious enthusiasm and wicked humor, the crowd enjoyed while sipping signature “Onyva Bubbles” cocktails and grooving to music by live DJ Chris Culnane.

The interest and love were overwhelming, so it’s safe to say, this will not be the last event of its kind… Until next year!
