Our Team

The Franchisee’s Franchisor

Our team is why.

Few franchise leadership teams can relate to and serve their franchisee community as well as the Onyva team, because we’ve been there ourselves. Our CEO owned and ran five highly successful franchises for a dozen years, and our President owns and runs six today!

We know, understand, and share a franchisee’s concerns, motivations and pressure points. We’ve lived them. We understand the decision-making process involved in buying a franchise. We also know what it takes to start a small business and grow it into a major success. We’ve done it. So, when we say we “partner with our franchisees”, we really mean it.
